1. Early Access Program
iMatch.Network is currently in a pre-launch, invite-only early access phase. Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice. Participation in the early access program does not guarantee continued access or any specific feature set.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology associated with iMatch.Network are the property of iMatch Network or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written consent.
4. User Content
By submitting information through the Service (such as your email address for an invite request), you grant us the right to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. As a pre-launch platform, features and availability are subject to change.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMatch Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
